DESCRIPTION:La creciente amenaza del cáncer\, las enfermedades cardiovasculares\, la diabetes o la obesidad infantil sirven de punto de partida a la V Conferencia Internacional de ARVI\, que en esta edición pone el acento en los aspectos saludables del consumo de pescado y su papel en la prevención de estas enfermedades. \nDespués de analizar la sostenibilidad medioambiental\, social y económica de la pesca en sus tres primeras ediciones\, y la Seguridad Alimentaria y la educación nutricional en la cuarta\, ARVI da a conocer\, en esta ocasión\, las evidencias científicas que existen hoy en día sobre los beneficios del consumo de pescado y las dietas saludables a través de una panoplia de expertos internacionales en la materia. \nEn resumen\, la V Conferencia Internacional da un paso más en su apuesta por la divulgación científica y contribuye a dar pautas de prevención en el ámbito de la nutrición\, la salud y el bienestar. \nPresentation \nThe growing threat of cancer\, cardiovascular diseases\, diabetes or childhood obesity\, are the basis for the 5th ARVI’s International Conference\, which puts the emphasis on the healthy aspects of fish consumption and its role in preventing these diseases. \nFollowing the previous first three editions of ARVI’s International Conference\, where the environmental\, social and economic sustainability of fisheries was analyzed and the fourth edition on Food Security and nutrition education\, on this occasion\, ARVI reveals the existing scientific evidence on the benefits of fish consumption and healthy diets through a panoply of international subject matter experts. \nIn summary\, the 5th International Conference goes one step further in its commitment to scientific dissemination and contributes to prevention guidelines in the field of nutrition\, health and well-being. \nRegístrate / Sign Up
